CBear: What’s the difference between the classes Math and Pre Algebra?
I’m about to start 6th grade and most of my friends got math but I got pre algebra. There are only two math classes so which one is the more complicated one? Is it like an honors class?

Well, young one I am not sure what math your friends got. . . . there are a lot of ‘maths’ to be honest but I imagine that your pre-algebra course is more advanced than their ‘math’ class. This is a good thing!
pre algebra. In the regular math class, they’ll be learning stuff like how to multiply big numbers like 548*434 or 44*533 or how to do long division. In pre algebra, you’ll be learning how to solve equations like 5x = 35, what’s x? or like 4x / 3 = 4, what does x equal? stuff like that.
