Document everything.

You must be subtle about it. don ‘t make it so obvious you’re keeling a log.
And don’t spend too much time on it, or your other duties will suffer.
Be patient, backstabbers eventually screw their selves.
Maybe talk to your supervisor and let him/her know that you feel real uncomfortable being picked on, that way your employer knows what’s going on. I had that happen to me once, the girl didn’t like me and I actually got fired, because she went to my boss and threaten to quit if he didn’t let me go. Her explanation was that she felt that I was trying to take her position (which I wasn’t.) She had been with the company for some time and I had only been there for 2 months. She was also a big time producer, so, to make the long story short they could afford to let ME go. So, my advice. Speak up! I made the mistake of keeping my mouth shut when I should have told my boss she was being a b**ch. She would walk down the hall and bump into me or talk to someone next to me and not even acknowledge that I was there. Don’t be scared. Stand up for yourself. Good luck.Answer by Mr. Q
Keep a log of everything done and said everyday. Make notes during hours, and re-write them at lunch or after hours. Be specific, and try to keep out your feelings. This way you have a leg to stand on, just in case.
Mention this behavior once to your supervisor, but don’t mention your log. Make sure you have proof, not hearsays.
