How should I approach my co-worker if he is taking up my work?

Puneetyyy. 🙂: How should I approach my co-worker if he is taking up my work?
My co-worker has been taking many files at once so when I go to pick up my files, there are none.
How should I confront him about this problem?

I would say make a joke out of it. Tell him to hand over some of the files and call him a file hog. Laugh about it. Make him feel comfortable and at the same time let him know that you want to do some of the work too.
