Hi, what is the best way to start a letter you would write for a co worker that refers to accomodations they receive at work ? Co- worker is also friend, do you include that also? thanks

Address him as Dear Bill or whatever he’s called and end it with Best wishes or Regards. Write it as you would say it.

I would use their name and use manners as politness goes a long way. You also need to seperate the fact that you are friends aswell as that is a seperate issue
