greenteacher: How can I have students and staff members help to create a memorial for a co-worker that has passed on?
Recently, a co-worker at my elementary building was in an accident and passed away. He was a key member to our technology department for our district and he will be missed. I think the students and staff should do something so he will not be forgotten. Any ideas? We need to do something!

You could dedicate a tree in his name and plant it on campus. Put a plaque with his name and status on it as a memorial. This way future generations can respect the man as well. Sorry for your loss.
