I recently witnessed a co worker ejaculating into the coffee pot that is in the kitchen. I was so disgusted I almost threw up. I dont know how to confront him over this. How do you deal with people violating the coffe pot at work?

So your coworker was jerking off all the way to completion in the kitchen and no one else noticed this? How many people work with you? And how do you know your coworker was ejaculating? Did you get close enough to watch without him seeing you? Some people piss in the office coffee pot. You need to come up with a better story. Or better details, anyway.

A. Don’t drink coffee anymore.
B. Report him to management: Presuming you actually saw him do this, he’d have had to have been partially nude at the time; no possible justification for that at work. Sexual behavior/harassment would most certainly apply.
