thing of what objections he might have like noise, costs and overall cleanliness of attic. then answer them like we will only practice three days a week while your at work and we promise to keep our stuff stored up and clean. maybe offer to pay $ 10.00 a week to go towards the electricity bill or offer to cut grass if you are jobless. then resort to bribery when we get signed we’ll give you front row tickets and write a song about you 🙂
