Jason: Would a learning disability effect an foreign fiancee’s immigration to the united states for marriage ?
I’m not crazy and I just have a learning disability and I couldn’t finish college because of it. I currently work but people keep on telling me that if I have a learning disability it’s considered as an mental disorder and that means I can’t bring this girl from vietnam into the u.s for marriage, If I’m correct when you’re applying for an fiancee visa for the girl to come to the united states for marriage, you abide by the u.s laws not vietnam laws if I’m correct.

A learning disability is not a mental disorder. Many people with learning disabilities have graduated from college and become very successful in their careers. Don’t blame your learning disability for not finishing college. Helen Keller was blind and deaf and she graduated with a degree. Whether or not you finish college, your learning disability will have no impact on your petition.

Uncle is right, not to mention you’ve been using multiple identities. It’s not a problem under US law as long as you can work and support your wife.
