Rent costs and motels should be more affordable in U.S. It should be price capped and nationalized to costing no more than $ 500.00 for any two bedroom.

Price is based on demand.
You can find a cheap houses for rent out in the country where few people want to live because there are no jobs there.

Then you can spend much of your income commuting to and from work, entertainment, grocery shopping, going to the doctor and dentist, visiting your psychiatrist because you surely would need one.
