Where can i find temporary accommodation in Adelaide, Australia ? I would prefer a suburb that is close to the CBD and if possible, something that is reasonably priced. I only plan to stay in Adelaide for 1-2 months.

Do the real estate agents there do short term leases ?

Umm. . The Hilton Hotel is smack bang in the city, but thats pricey, The Holiday Inn perhaps? That’s on Hindley Street (if you stay there DON’T walk around there at night, especially alone.) if it’s still there. Err I don’t really know anywhere else that’s in the city. . sorry.

Another option you could try for temporary accomodation could be backpacker hostels, there are quite a few of those in the city. They are definitely reasonably priced, you just won’t have that much privacy! Generally short term leases are a 6 month minimum, but you may be able to find share accomodation, with someone willing to take you in for that short amount of time.
