Um medical diagrams are good to observe, other than that I look at anything I can find that can tell me about anatomy and how shadows fall across the body, i.e. magazines, movies, games, anime(sometimes sub-par realism), cartoons (some things are exaggerated but good to look at anyway) and just everyday walking around.
