Wt: What should we do when a co-worker threaten to hit you while pointing the grip infront of your face?
Co-worker walk out from the work place, walk to your car when you just pull in the parking. Then pointed the grip infront of your face and threaten to hit you and watch out. The supervisor was there and tell you to go home. In this case, what should you do? Should you report the police? Is he danger to you if he still work with you?

yes i would definetly report it to the police especially if the boss doesnt take any action on the other employee..
