What should I get my brother to commemorate me giving him a kidney?

Donor: What should I get my brother to commemorate me giving him a kidney?
I donated a kidney to my brother last year, and wanted to get him something for the anniversary, but I don’t know what to get him. It would definitely need to be something slightly stupid, my original idea was to address a “Missing You” type of card to my kidney at his address. But any other suggestions would be great.

Why would you want to do this……
Do your really need a thank you from him for the rest of his life……I mean it was nice of you and all, but how would he feel about this?
Would he take it as owing you forever…….one does not thank a stranger every year for doing a human thing.
Giving is not for being thanked over and over. It is done from the heart and wanting to change life’s.
Just think about what giving means k.
