What should a mother do when she knows that her son is a professional criminal, but has no idea what crimes he commits, because the son does not want his mother to be an accessory crime the fact, but knows they are not violent crimes? He also has never been arrested and has never been in jail. The mother suspects that he is involved with identity theft and credit card fraud.

If she doesn’t know of or have proof of any crimes then what can she do?

Hmm… are they crimes involving international custody disputes? If so then she should give him a spanking. lol I crack myself up.

Well everyone is Innocent until proven guilty. If your child is over 18 kick them out of the house because they don’t need to be there. I think it is odd he is telling you he has committed crimes even though he has never been arrested.
