I already know how to make amish friendship bread. I guess I just don’t like the “friendship” part. I would like ONE starter to keep for myself but all the other ones I don’t want them just piling up in my freezer and I dont want to give them to people. I just want to somehow stop them from ever being created.

start the starter for yourself then if you don’t want extra then throw it away.

i’ve made amish friendship bread and i don’t know if the recipe can be modified… i don’t think it can… i guess you’d just have to keep one starter for yourself and throw the rest away
