Absolutely. These issues stem from not having a man around to associate with. When you lack a relationship with your father it ends up showing in the long run in the exact ways that your seeing it. It’s because you don’t know how to associate with them. Your dad wasn’t around so you never got the chance to figure out how to associate with people of the opposite sex. There’s also a needs issue which leads to the poor self-esteem. Since he wasn’t there to support you, you feel your needs haven’t been met and that turns into a lack of self esteem because you feel as if he wasn’t there because you weren’t good enough. Even though that probably wasn’t the reason at all. Since he’s around now I would try to spend more time with him that way you not only better your relationship with him, but also so you can help yourself grow out of these issues.
I’m no doctor but if god made it necessary to have two procreate then they are both necessary to raise the children!
Having parents teach you about getting along, relationships and raising children as well as many other things I can’t think of!
