They are going to ask about whatever areas you claim to have experience or training in. They are also going to expect competency in basic literacy and an ability to communicate verbally and in writing. Regarding the latter, you are showing a definite weakness. You may need remedial education in this area. .

This can’t be specifically answered as there are no rules on this (we even don’t know what airline is it about). Could be 3 questions covering only one subject, or 30 questions about 10 subjects. Questions asked depends on the position you’re applying for, experience, location, type of operations, aircraft etc. Small US commuter airline will ask different questions than major Asian cargo airline. You need to know the basic theory in aerodynamics, propulsion, aircraft systems, navigation, weather, performance, human limitations, flight ops etc. plus the specific airline’s variables such as their types, how and where they operate, weather hazards where they fly, security risks etc.
Electrical systems are part of ATPL syllabus and you should be familiar with basics as well as electrics of your type. This includes basic knowledge about electricity, units, conversion, measurement, circuits, sources + type material.
In future I recommend using somewhat more aviation oriented forum, such as PPRuNe if you’re from EU or Airline Pilot Forum if from USA.
