Shivani: Job Interview – “Could improve points”?
Hi, I am going to a job interview and one of the questions that I usually have difficulty is “What are the areas that you could improve in”. I am not sure what I can say without undermining myself. I am computer programmer / analyst. Any ideas would be appreciated. Thank you.

Hii !!
very intresting question you asked ehh…
Anyways , there are several areas , where u can improve ur self…
Not just u , every human , who is doing any job or something else….
For an Example–
A teacher improves his learning/teaching/reading skills by teaching dummies or maybe u can call them noobs…
Soo very simply , u start spending time with noob people , who don’t have much knowledge about computer , but they want to learn it’s 1 , 2 , 3….
And just after sometime , u i’ll see “shocking correction’s in u”

This is the same as asking “What are your weaknesses?” With this question the interviewer is assessing your self awareness and insight rather than your weaknesses. The ability to acknowledge a weakness is often seen as a sign of maturity. Refer to a true weakness but then turn it into a positive by describing it as an area for development. In your interview answer relate what steps you have taken to try and improve. For sample interview answers to this question you can go to the free website below. Good luck!
