Rupert W: What is the most indestructible bike up to 125cc?
I may be undertaking a rally of approximately 4500 miles on a bike with an engine of no larger than 125cc. Which bike is the most likely to be able to do this. A large amount of this will not be on paved roads.

Honda CG125
Pretty much indestructable and really easy to work on and get parts for. The only issue with them is speed and acceleration. But in a rally of 125cc bikes, I don’t suppose that’ll be such a big problem.

I would use a Honda CT90 ‘postie’ bike. They go forever with minimal maintenance.Answer by Michael
Honda CG125
Keep the oil clean and the chains adjusted and you won’t beat it.
You may be tempted by a 2 stroke ‘trail’ type bike ( the honda is a 4 stroke) but a 2 stroke of that size will drive you insane. The gear shift will be worn to a point by the time you have finished and your boot will have holes top and bottom just trying to find the powerband.
