What happens if I made a payment using paypal, but my money from the bank isn’t done transacting to paypal?

Jason: What happens if I made a payment using paypal, but my money from the bank isn’t done transacting to paypal?
I made the transfer to add money to my paypal account , but I already made a purchase using paypal. Will they just use the money I transferred to pay, or will I have to do it manually?Thanks.

When you made the purchase, how did you complete the transaction? Did you pay using E-Check? Did you use instant transfer? In both of these cases, even if you transfered money to your account, they are separate from the purchase transaction. Example; 10/01/2010 Purchase $ 40 E-Check… 10/02/2010 Add Funds From Bank $ 50. In this case paypal is debiting your account 2 times, one for the purchase and the second for the add funds.
