when i try to refresh my account in bwin website and transfer me to the other account in my moneybookers i saw this massage what is the soluotions and i try a lot of program to hide my id but it is not working
the massage is

What country are you from and what site are you trying to make a deposit at? There are better and cheaper ways to make deposits without having to hide your ip address and your answer is in your question “It is Moneybookers’ policy NOT to allow residents of your country of registration to make payments to gambling / casino / poker / bingo merchants”.
