I made a paypal acount, i already did all this stuff at the website
i gave my bank imformation and all that.
but on my paypal website is says that my balance is 0

your paypal account pulls from your bank account, once you sell something on ebay and you get paid, there will be (X) balance in your account

The balance is to show you if people send you money, like if you sell on ebay and people pay you thru paypal. Your balance will always show $ 0.00 unless you receive payments. When you use paypal to pay for items, it will ask you where you want the money to come from. and then they take the money from your bank account, though you gave them you bank information they basically make a withdrawl like a bank debit card, they do not ever show your bank account balance

Your balance is zero because you haven’t received any payments. If you have your credit card hooked up to your paypal account then you can pay for things and they will be charged to your credit card.

Pay Pal are thieves!

They stole $ 200 from me and I have no recourse. I sent dozens of emails. I spend hours on the telephone. Bandits and thieves!

Anybody who uses Pay Pal is asking to get screwed.

Go somewhere else, or use your credit card.
