I went to Canada from Dubai. As far as I know, Canada/USA have almost the same requirements. You’re obviously going to need a visa, so look up for the exam IELTS, that’ll be quite helpful to earn your visa. I gave TOEFL, and SAT 1 apart from my high school diploma. Those are the only 2 board exams that I gave, my school’s high school system didn’t have anything like GCE/GCSE/Federal Exams/Indian Board exams, my school’s high school was straight up exams written by the teachers themselves, and Dubai’s government has no board exams apart from Islamic and Arabic. So for my board requirement, I sent a copy of my TOEFL and SAT 1 results, and a copy of my IELTS just in case. Some colleges don’t make you give an entrance exam if you score over their minimum grading provided for IELTS. Some institutes might even require SAT 2 (biology, chemistry, physics). By the way, SAT 1 is maths and english vocabulary. So IELTS is a must for your visa and entrance into college, look into it a little more and find out if they need TOEFL and SAT 1/2 (or both 1 & 2). Plus, you’re going to have a copy of your school transcripts and board exams (grades 10 to 12). And yes, I did send a copy of my school results as well (only grade 11 and 12 though, my 10 wasn’t that good – and they never asked for it either).
