JOP: What do i do when this message appears “Could Not Detect Required Graphics Hardware”?
Yesterday modern warfare 2 worked without any problems. Then TODAY! All hell broke loose on my computer. when i downloaded Garena i tried to play Modern Warfare 2 it said: DirectX Error or something… so i thought “Try it on another game, if it doesn’t work DirectX is a Piece of Cr*p, if it does, then modern warfare has the problem.” But it didn’t work. That’s when it said “Could Not Detect F*ckin’ Required Graphics Hardware.” Then i researched my A$ $ off on this problem. Then i found this reply on a blog that says “Type dxdiag on run and then look for what version your DirectX is. So i tried dxdiag, then i pressed DirectX Files and looked on Notes. It said No Problems Found. WHAT THE F*CK ARE YOU FRIGGIN KIDDING ME?!? Then i started saying words that you don’t wanna hear. WTF do i do?

I would bet that Garena’s being compatible with an OS as old as windows 2000 that during installation it changed your directx version.
When you run dxdiag don’t go to directx file just look at the system info list that starts with current date/time, computer name. at the bottom of the list is directx version. It should be 9.0c or higher.
