Name N: What can mean a “Second job interview” for my case?
I had a face to face interview with a manager almost 2 weeks ago. The first interview I was late but it was ok. The guy seemed to be willing to hire me and he didn’t mention about other candidates. After that they sent me a personality test and an email saying: “When you complete the questionnaire, we will return to you with a time for 2nd interview.” Now it has been 13 days and i still didn’t receive any email from them. Do you think there are other applicants or do you think they will reply me? Any experience abut “second interview” thing?

A second interview is just to get to know you even more then the first interview. It is the same as the first but more personal because you are closer to getting hired. I would call them back if you have not heard anything yet just to still show your intersted.
Companies always have multiple interviews with candidates when hiring, they want to find the right person. First off, a second interview means they are interested in you and want to take the time to find out if you are the right person. If after you filled out the email and they said they would call you then you should wait a while longer, these things take time. If you don’t want to wait then you can always call and ask about the progress of the application process.
Word of advice. Never be late to interview. This is their first impression of you and if you are late when trying to get the job they may feel you will be late if you work for them
