I am interested in possibly selling house plants in the future. I just want to do research for now. I want to know what the laws and regulations are for selling house plants in MN, over the internet, ad shipping to other states. Anyoe have experience in this area?

Check under Agriculture online. There are at least 5 States that do not allow plants, or even seeds to be shipped into them. CA, FL and AZ are really hard on this. If you have any seed catalogs laying around, look in them for the States that prohibit this. I sell Plumerias and am always checking the laws.
