If you really want out then state to them in an honest and rational fashion that you want to find your own spritual path. As a trade off, you may find that your parents want you to do something constructive on a Sunday. May I suggest archery, it’s a great hobby.

I’d tell them to be honest with their parents. Tell them the reasons that they no longer wish to attend mass, and explain that they want to spend their time doing something more productive. Studying, homework or charity work for example. Can’t see how they could argue with that.

honour them by thanking god they do that so you do not. priest is work at day should not and parents are doublecrossed as work instead when work to make child do same they do to save both thru. child becomes work to not as parents work to make the same is work as they and priest escape. parents seek who is saved by serve to find child free to rest as they rest to serve is both saved as know each learn from each experience wed where neither is work then as four wed says-man shall leave his father and mother and join to wife–is secret mystery[ephes] for them to see as
