: How much should a not overweight teenager excersize each day?
Okay, I’m wondering, how much shoud a not overweight teenager excersize each day? Every time that I ask this question, I unfortunately get a really confusing answer, I’m only thirteen! So please, if you decide to answer this question, only answer by putting you answer like this please:
30 minutes, good time.
1 hour’s enough.
You know, not complicated answer’s please, just similar to the answer reccomendation that I’ve put above please!

If you just want to stay in shape and not go crazy with exercising, 30 minutes of jogging (or whatever exercise you had in mind) 3-4 days per week would be enough.
I heard adults should exercise at least 3 times a week, for at least 15 minutes each time. Exercise junkies usually do more, but it’s not necessary unless you’re a fanatic. Although young kids usually don’t need formal exercise.Answer by Clover P
I think the best time is 45 mins each week day and 30 mins on the weekends – umm eat healthy like broccoli <3 and carrots or sumthin green –happy to help —-bye
