L: “we will be in touch shortly regards to feedback on your interview” means you didn’t get the job?
The employer sent me this note after interview. Instead of telling me the decision, she mentioned feedback on my interview. Does it mean i still have a chance to get the job offer? or does this mean i didn’t get the job?

Not necessarily. She has probably made a short list and hopefully you are on it. Either that or she didn’t have the courage to tell you outright that you didn’t get the job. Time will tell. Good luck.
