Practice running with the ball, dribbling of course 😉
Try it slow. Jog and gradually pick up speed. You’re not gonna be Ronaldinho in 1 day so take your time.
Also, kick the ball around with someone else. Practice stopping the ball and also hitting it back without stopping it. If no one’s around, kick it against a wall.
Answer by alYup…..If you do any running to keep in shape….take a ball with you and run with it.
Set up some cones or obstacles around and try going around them…..turning….twisting…etc…. Create your own dribbling obstacle course and just practice. Time yourself and has time goes by….you will be able to do it faster…
You’ll know when you get the hang of it once your head is looking up more than looking down at the ball.
One of the major flaws coaches pick out is people looking down at the ball when they are dribbling….
Answer by ☆green&navy.girl☆pass with someone, get them to pass hard at you, and always try to keep the ball close to your body when you receive it, open yourself up, and then pass it back.

Practice Dribbling. Set up cones in a line outside and dribble the ball back and forth between them, slowly at first. As you improve, do it more quickly, but keep the ball under control. Once you are comfortable, try and look up from the ball, see your surroundings. It will be important to be able to do this during games.
Practice Trapping. Find a brick wall somewhere, and kick the ball against it. Practice stopping the ball with either foot – the idea is to stop the ball easily and smoothly every time, leaving the ball at your feet with a single touch.
Practice Juggling. When you start, drop the ball from your hands and kick it back up and catch it. Don’t neglect your weaker foot, use it as well. Then try two kicks before catching. Try to strike the ball softly, you should not have to move to play the ball again. Keep practicing, try to keep the ball up for as long as you can, but under control.

When you are dribbling, don’t kick the ball too far in front of you, but close enough that you can keep it away from defenders. Also when you’re going around somebody, just keep it close. That’s the main key to control. Also, don’t go so fast that you trip over the ball or leave it behind you. Tricks like faking left and going right can help you learn better control.Answer by krispy
Practice dribbling the ball around inbetween objects. Cones work well but you could use other things. Also practice stops and turing the ball around, any simple trick like pulling the ball back.Answer by εεεεεCIANIεεεεε

then shuffle the ball (dribble the ball back and forth in small close steps)
