The people of this world have always been found to be corrupt even if it decades to surface, why would it be any different now?

The odds are carefully calculated, there’s no need to manipulate the results. The state will inevitably keep most of the money paid in.

It’s not the draw that is rigged, but the odds. The draw is truly random. Not all the ticket money is used for prizes. And if you calculate the probability of winning and the expected value, the EV is always negative.

It would cost you nearly £14 million to buy lottery tickets covering every combination of 6 numbers from 49, and you’d only win £3.5 million; and even then, only if nobody else had the same 6 numbers.

The lottery has created many millionaires ….. And they all work for Camelot.
