It doesn’t matter who you’re married to, the drinking and gambling ages don’t change. You still have to be 21 to do either.Answer by lvgeno
21 is 21 here. You could be married to the king of a country but if you are under 21 … no gamble .. no drink. If he buys you drinks and you get caught … he can go to jail. Married or single the rules apply across the board.Answer by juniejuly
You are not 21, no drinking booze or gambling for you, that’s the law!Answer by dottielasvegas
No gambling or drinking for you before or after you are married . This is a 21 town!Answer by Vampire Princess
You can’t gamble. You can’t stand near the slot machines or the tables at all, actually. You have to stay somewhere far away…when I go I have to sit at the food court because I can’t be near the machines. The guards at casinos don’t take chances, if they see you’re not 21 they’ll put you in handcuffs and lead you to the parking lot, it happened to my friend…so sorry, I know that wasn’t the answer you wanted šAnswer by lillystill

It doesn’t matter who you are married to, you cannot drink or gamble until you are 21 – in Vegas, or anywhere else in the US!
You won’t be allowed on the casino floor even – you can walk through it, but can’t stand around and watch him play anything.

I got married in vegas at 19 and my hubby was 21 whilst over there- 2 days after our wedding.
We both played slot machines and nobody said anything…and we got a bottle of champage ordered to our room on our wedding night and were not asked for proof of age- we were both under 21 at the time and had no fake id.
Then on my husbands birthday he just took his passport with him and we never went to a club but he would go to bars and buy 2 drinks and nothing was said…so nobody gambled except slot machine whilst underage, but we did both drink, underage without id and then he purchased drinks for me whilst he was ‘of age’ and i was not. but i kept a low profile!Answer by vegasbound
The good thing is, when you get arrested, they can release you into your husbands custody when he comes to pick you up. Not a bad deal.
