Nope.
You can go into the building and do most of the things there – restaurants, shops, entertainment (besides bars or nightclubs.) You just can’t step foot on the casino floor. (Not without risking getting thrown out.)
Answer by Howe WLegally and officially: no.
No one under 21 is allowed to step onto a casino floor.
Shops, restaurants, bars, etc. you can go to as you please.
Now, every casino has their own set of guidelines for employees when it comes to enforcing this and checking IDs.
Security guards are your biggest obstacle.
More often than not you can walk right in and no security guard will look at you twice.
If you step in and notice one following you with his/her eyes you might be in trouble.
Some dealers won’t even check your ID when you sit down at a tableif you look a certain age.
And I’ve NEVER been carded by a cocktail waitress. So maybe you can chance a drink.
Honestly though 100% of it is how old you look.
There’s no one standing on the edge of the floor carding everyone trying to get in.
If you’re often told you are mature-looking for your age, maybe you can pull it off.
If people are often mistaking you for a high schooler, you are going to be in trouble.
FORGOT TO MENTION:
If you’re going to a Native American Casino, then you can do whatever you want (except drink)
The legal gambling age is only 18.
