first of all, you must be at least 20 years old and she must be at least 17. or you will need father’s permission.
if she is a muslim, you cannot marry her in tunisia unless you are also muslim. of course you can in the uk, but not in tunisia.
you must have a certificate of no impediment to marriage issued by the consular section of the british embassy in tunisia and you must have your birth certificate and a recent medical certificate from a tunisian physician and your passport of course. all of these documents must be translated into french or arabic. oh, and all the fees as well.
you have to reside in tunisia for 21 full days before applying and then they will post your banns (application for marriage) for another full 21 days and if no objection is raised, they will make your appointment for within a few days to do the ceremony.
it is a lengthy expensive process but if you have all of your papers properly in order, it should be easy enough.
