what would be the punishment in law terms if when your 14 and a half years and broke in to a house stole thing such as guns laptops money ect (over 3000 dollars stolen) and got on diversion not sure if that’s how you spell it. the tonight her 15 birthday got caught stealing alot of things… and now she in jewvey (how ever you spell it) for idk how long most likely over night or 2. and she was in a girl home for about 3 month she was suppose to be there for at least a year and she got kick out its not me it another girl… so how will the whole thing go down will she be on probation or jail or just back to normal??? thanks!!!

Well first off, she (or is it you?) won’t get diversion because that is most likely a felony level offense, and some states won’t grant diversion to juveniles. I have to say thats a pretty stupid thing to do. She will obviously be watched closely and deserves counseling or something.
