I was looking some and it said you have to be over 16 but would a visa, chase, wells fargo, ETC. Gift credit card work the same way? As a credit card?
Ok so Say I have $ 10.38 Can I put that on or do I have to Pay an exact amount like one of those gift cards thats worth $ 10 $ 20 and other amounts. Can I put any amount on even if its only $ 2.49

A Gift card/debit card. These do not work the same way as a Credit Card. Depending on the card they may be useable anywhere a VISA/MasterCard is used or restricted to a specific Store. You need to read the terms before you purchase one. Also, these type of cards generally can not be used at an ATM, and sometimes can not be used on-line.

Also, you can put any amount on the card after a certain point. Most have a minimum amount of anywhere between 1 and 10 dollars.
