: Is being an equity trader an appropriate field to have work experience for Maths, to be an astronaut?
To be an astronaut, i want to be a mission specialist, u have to have work experience in your bachelour degree, say maths, if i became an equity trader for say 10 years would that be a good work experience whcih would fit the criteria?

To be an astronaut you would either have to be super rich or gifted. Space program only pick out the best academic and physical person to go in space.
