I vacation in the US every year for at least some time. I have a home in Colorado, but have been living in Italy for the last ten years. Usually, I spend time in either Virginia or California with family. The vacation period here in Italy is the month of August. I do have time for extended vacations, but have no interest in all inclusive vacations. One of the things I particularly like is going out and finding different interesting restaurants in the places I visit. I usually combine my trips to the US with stays in a couple of cities here in Europe.

If your planning on taking a vacation as a family there are a few places you could go.. First off i would reccomend Orlando, FL… disney world, islands of adventure and tons tons more to do… Theres everything from seaworld to theme parks out the butt! Of course right now expessially there are tons of great deals! Second.. maybe Pigeon Forge, TN its perfect this time of year… christmas is here and the whole town is light up with christmas lights and themed of christmas! Its in the smokie mountains and theres alot to do there as well. First off you could stay in a cabin close to town… where youd have a hot tub.. pool table and tons of extras in your cabin. As well as dollywood is close and tons of fun! Lots to do and your family will not get bored! And of course Las Vegas depending on the age group! All in all i have used a great website to book all of our family vacations… they offer great deals on hotels tickets and everything you would possably need on your vacation.
