Rasam: If you wanted to rent an accommodation in England, which ciy and where you would prefered to stay?
I want to buy an accommodation and rent it, I want this information.

Don’t take my advice as Gospel, but the property prices in northern cities ie. Manchester, Liverpool, Newcastle, are a fair bit cheaper than property prices in the south. Plus, the living costs are considerably cheaper up north.
However, with the recent and current events in the financial world, I’m not sure how easy it is to obtain a mortgage in the UK.
