NO. go to school and get a real job
Well, I think it’s possible but you should dance as a hobby. It’s safer to finish school and get a job. If you work really hard to learn how to dance well maybe you could end up becoming part of a crew or become a teacher later on in your life but for the moment think what would suit your future better and finishing school is the best option.
Hope this helps!Answer by abcdefg
Age doesn’t matter. What matters is the time, money and effort you’re willing to put into it.Answer by Melissa

Answer by V.Nijinsky ✩10% of the best trained dancers get work and only 10% of them can make a living at it. Your competition will be dancers who have trained at ballet academies and have taken 15+ hours of dance a week, 6 days a week since they were pretty young.
Yes, many hip hop dancers can do other types of dance, because as a professional dancer, you have to be able to do what ever the choreographer wants you to do.
Eleanor Scott (SYTYCD) is currently doing that with Janet jackson now as a back up dancer. She is a classically trained ballet dancer and a fellow student from LaGuardia Arts H.S. (the Fame school.) She is also trained in concert contemporary dance. Being on the show helped her get the job. There are many more dancers of her ability who are not getting jobs. Just something to think about.Answer by Abhivyanjana
