frankie said nah…: How to convince my parents to make my brother take his medication?
My 13 year old brother had severe ADHD. He’s prescribed to Vyvanse, but my parents give him the choice of taking it or not, and he chooses not to. But when he isn’t taking the medication, he becomes an a**hole who will give me no rest. I need to be able to convince my parents that he needs to take the medication! Does anyone have a suggestion on how to do so?

Perhaps you and your parents should read the article I am going to put below and then decide whether or not to force your brother to take his medications. There are pros and cons on the issue. Take into account that you believe your brother is excessively annoying when not on his medication.
My brother is the same way, only he has to take his meds. Tell your parents that they are harming him by not being stricter about his medication. I have ADHD as well and I feel so much better when I have taken my meds. Suggest that they make him take his medication for a week and then show them the difference. Hopefully they will see the improvement.Answer by thready
