: How to convince my dad that to fully grow i need proper nutrition and 6 meals a day to build muscle?
My dad only lets me eat 4 meals a day atm, how do i convince him that i need at least 6 meals a day to grow properly and build muscle.
Any help would be appreciated.

Actually you dad is right all you need really are 3 meals a day. 6 meals would be over eating.
Your dad doesn’t understand proper nutrition and muscle development. It’s true that 6 meals a day is ideal if you’re trying to put on muscle, however it isn’t crucial. You can get your nutritional requirements from 4 meals. Just make sure that you’re eating more during those 4 meals so that you’re getting enough of everything.Answer by lahlahdida
YOU DO NOT NEED 6 MEALS. you need 3 with 2 snacks. if you want to build muscle, just increase the protein intake in those 3 mealsAnswer by tennislover

you have to tell your dad that when u workout.. you need more nutrients and more calories for growth and repair…
you need 1 gram of protein for each pound u weigh
approximately 20x your current body weight in calories
you need to tell him that u dont get enough calories. especially if u are very slim… your body will not get bigger and u will just break down muscle tissue.. and all the experts in the gym say this..
