: How does Santa keep the elves in line while still being productive?
Clearly Santa is non-profit as Obama would like ALL companies to be. So how is he able to keep so many workers happy without paying them a living wage? And what happens when the elves start demanding medical, dental, 401k, vacation days, sick days, personal days, maternity leave, health care flex accounts, and annual cost of living increases?
