As of now, not much. You’ll still be using the same set of tools Photoshop, Dreamweaver etc. Cloud will have an impact on “Developer” as the platform itself is available through browser (known as PaaS) & the development team has to take care of the essential characteristics of the cloud viz. elasticity, multi-tenancy, scalability etc.
IMO – In future it may happen that PaaS may evolve to take care of the rich UI.
Answer by DominicCloud Computing enables a user to store their data in the “cloud” over internet. The data can be accessed by you on any device or computer irregardless of OS computer specs. If your’e constantly on the go or travelling from one state to another, cloud computing is essential in data storage. Some companies like Exvo.com offer free desktop OS and memory for each account, while others charge some fee. While i’m not a graphic designer, my work needs me to use image formats and similar documents for clients. When i’m on the road, my personal cloud assures me that my data is easily accessible if my laptop or presentation material gets lost. Best of luck on your research paper!
