I have had my eyes on my co-worker for the past two weeks since she broke up with her boyfriend.I want to ask her out for dinner but I don’t know the proper words to say with out sounding like a jerk.What should I do?

I think you want to be careful here. Asking out someone you work with can make your work situation very uncomfortable for both of you. So…I would avoid asking directly. Instead, ask her to do something “as friends” and give her a way to bow out gracefully if she wants to decline. Good luck!
