I’m new to regular ballet classes, but I really want to continue them consistently even throughout the Winter. my muscles get cold and tight easily so what would you recommend I use during warm-up and class?
leg warmers, but any other suggestions? Thanks so much in advance!

Your studio should be warm during classes. This is standard so you shouldn’t have this problem. When you come in from outside if you are chilled a bit, I recommend dance overalls instead of leg warmers. Leg warmers are best saved for injury and only warm the small portion they cover. You should remove the overall once class begins.
Here is an example of what I am talking about. They may seem a bit strange to you if you aren’t used to seeing them, but most professional dancers (male & female) use them.
You can get them at Discountdance.com
I wear leg warmers, and a long sleeved tie sweater thing, and that usually keeps me warm until I get warmed up from dancing. Ane example of the sweater is below.

check out discountdance.com for plenty of dance warm ups. You should wear them during barre work, then take them off and put them back on at the end of class.
