If I trace the place of a scammer via his IP will that be helpful to get the money back .I am sure that the scammer is sending emails to me from his house.

Just simply report or call the police and find out.

Without police help, computer experts, and a court order to the internet service provider and/or phone company you wont get much just from the IP.

It would be esier to trace the money… unless you were asked to drop it under a bench at the park.

Email trackers usually works great but there are some situation’s when IP address from sender is hidden by default from email company and it is not possible to track it back. Try with email tracers:

and see what they will show you about any email sender.
