Girly: Healthy fast snacks i can make to replace fastfood?
usually i have no time to cook so i just fry some chips and fastfood, i want to quit this habbit but what are foods that i can just do fast besides salads?
something i can make , put in the frisge for heating laer
easy and fast?
I can’t have fruit for dinner & lunch

An apple
i love apples and peanut butter or celery and peanut butter.another good one is yogurt and fresh fruit.if you want it to be easy just use small berries so you don’t have to cut the fruit.Answer by Tori
a yogurt parfait it’s easy and simple and easy if you don’t know how to make it read below ……..
add me if you want i can give more recipe’s
step 1 . first you get Vanilla yogurt then you choose any fruits you want for (example… strawberry,raspberry ,blackberry ,blueberry … etc)
step 2 . for layers get out plastic clear cup or transparent cup and then put yogurt on bottom then put any fruit you chose for
(example … strawberry,blueberry,blackberry,raspberry…etc)
then repeat then put yogurt on top of fruits then put fruits on top of yogurt again and repeat till u get to half way or top or cup
you can put nuts on it if you like
step 3 . of coarse EAT ! or put it in the fridge for eating l8r
IT may look long but it really isn’t once you get the hang of it 🙂
Answer by HmanOne of my favourites is to empty a can of baked beans into a MW container, mix in some diced cold cut meat and nuke until hot.
Turn half out onto a slice of buttered toast for a snack and put the rest in the fridge, for a few days, or tip the lot over 2 slices of toast for a meal.
Just look through all of the cans of foods you could use that way, and select healthy ones.
I am not advocating you eat that type of thing regularly but it is great to have something like that in the house for that night you get home late, or a night you don’t want to cook.
When you are making dinner make some extra for leftovers, to be eaten the following day or frozen.
Again store in snack and meal sized quantities.
I usually make a box of pasta at the beginning of the week and keep it in the fridge for easy dinners. I usually just add a little drizzle or so of olive oil and then some veggies and a little cheese on top.
You can make baked potatoes pretty fast in the microwave. Top it with a little butter, parmesan cheese and garlic powder and it tastes great. Also you can keep salsa in the fridge and just top the potatoes with that.
You can roast veggies in the oven with a little olive oil or steam them. Then you can keep it in the fridge and use for topping the pasta or baked potatoes.

Boil 2 eggs. Peel off shell. Leave them to cool 4 a bit. Mash them with some mayonaise and a pinch of salt & fridge them.
Eat them as they are or eat on toast or bread.
