: How can you make sure a fiancee visa gets approved and issued to your fiancee?
I want to know what can I do to make sure my vietnamese fiancee from vietnam gets her fiancee visa. Some people say the immigration officials give people a hard time before they issue the visa. I’m thinking of hiring an immigration attorney so I don’t have to deal with the immigration officials in person or dealing with the immigration officials alone. What do you think ?? My cousins say go ahead and get the immigration attorney, he says that’s the best way to make sure she gets her fiancee visa. What do you think ??

Make your way to the remarkable Holloway Casino. Because you wanted to get to see Hoi An up close and personal the notable this casino was an impressive feature to payed a visit to. Holloway Casino is absolutely an experience that you did not want to leave Hoi An without undergoing.
fill out all the forms, do everything you’re supposed to do and respond as quickly as possible to any questions or requests for additional information. you can get an attorney if you like, and if it makes you feel more comfortable, that’s fine. however, most cases don’t have legal representation and do just fine anyway.Answer by Starry Eyes
Jsut make sure you have all the documents that they ask for. Keep duplicates of everything you send it. HAving a lawyer makes it easier.
My husband and I got married and THEN started all my paper work. We are married, they can’t deport me unless I do something illegal….sell drugs, work without a permit..stuff like that.
If you decide to get your fiance to come into the country before you get married then just tell her to say that she is just visiting. She isn’t lying…just not telling the whole truth!
Answer by RickIm not sure where your from but if your fiancee is applying for a visa to the US,she will need to be interviewed by the US Embassy before a visa is issued. An immigration attorney can only coach her along the way but she will still need to have the interview….a 1/2 day process but not really all that bad, just long waits in line and at the time of interview only a few questions. As long as she has all the proper forms & papers everything will go at ease.Good Luck!
