Abraham: What law is broken when someone: breaks into a business and steals money?
I’m trying to figure out what law is broken when someone breaks into a business, steals money and damages the property? It’s for my street law class, but I have no clue what law is broken. Help!

Burglary : Refers to breaking in and entering with the intent to commit a theft. In some states can only be committed in a home. In other states it applies to both a home or business.

Vandalism: Refers to the willful destruction of another’s property – any property.
